    3. Holly I found "Old Neck" on a USGS topo map which I can't lay my hands on at the moment. But I marked it on the map in the Winslow, __Hist of Perq Co__ book. "Old Neck" is the point about 13 miles SE of Hertford where the Perquimans River and Sutton's Creek meet. This was also the name of a Friends Meeting in that area. Hope this helps.
