To Hepzibah PERRY, (thought to be step-dau.) land formerly SIMPSONs, 200a whereon she now lives. To dau Hannah (by 3d wife) plan' on Vosses Creek, on lower side of same, 200a bought of Thomas HARVEY, and 130a at "Snowden's Dock." To dau Jane, & son-in-law Thomas JESSOP, 100a adj Stephen GIBSON. To gr-son John ROBINSON, land given him by his father Joseph ROBINSON, 200a on Mill Creek. To each dau a negro, "ye Meeting to value same out of remaining estate."
