    3. Le Are you interested in Thomas Harveys coat of arms or James Oates? I have Thomas Harvey's coat of arms that I inscribed from his tombstone. If you have any info on Thomas Harvey that I may not have, I would like to see it. In all my research on Thomas, I have not seen James Oates mentioned. You may find something in Raleigh, Nc. in the Archives there. I have been planning to go there for research on the Harveys. Thomas Harvey was the brother of my 7th. Greatfather(?)
