There was a Joseph Kilpatrick who died abt 1757. There was a William Kilpatrick who did about the same time. Perhaps it was one person: Joseph William K. or William Joseph K. At any rate, Joseph's widow, Mary, m: James Dickey and they migrated to Rutherford Co., NC. I am wanting to know more about this Joseph and/or Wm. Kilpatrick. Who were their children? Will appreciate help with this matter. I have spent much time travelling, researching, and hunting down my Kilpatricks. My gut feeling is that this man/these men are of my line but I need proof positive.
