I am researching POE in this county and this information to me in the San Antonio, TX area is invaluable. My grandmother was Ida Mae POE (b. 1870 d. 1948) daughter of John Cooper POE(b. abt 1822) son of Hasten POE (b. abt 1782 d. 1852). Question-are there Will Books that are earlier? If so, what is the earliest date of the will books? I presume they are not indexed.
