I am looking for some advice..I have my divorce records and papers from my parents divorce. They were divorced on Nov 1943. I have everthing the State offered for records. What I am not looking for is the conditions of the divorce. I have the name of both atorneys. Is that priviledged information or could I be able to access to those records. Would they be on file at the court house? I am assuming that the lawyers are not praction law anymore, so what happens to those old law papers?
