There is a 1972 copyright on the maps, and they can not be bought or copied anywhere, except from Mrs Markham. Mr Markham also made a "Land Grant and Early Settler Map" for Wake County, NC. (also includes an index). A wonderful research aid for those of us who had Orange County or Wake County ancestors! Mrs A. B.
