Does anyone know who the Widow Parker is who is listed in the following boundry description? "The Thirteenth District begins at Granville line about eighty roods (?) north off the Widow PARKER running west including Widow DAY and Samuel YARBROUGH on the north through Doctor PAYNS yard leaving him on the south to a point about two miles west off Doctor PAYNE. Thence north including Thomas ASPIN, Paul HARRELSON, Thomas NEELY, and Edward BUCKLEY on the east to Virginia line."
