William Neeley arrived in Orange Co., NC in the 1750's. He settled along the North Fork of the Flat River, where it is assumed he remained until his death. William has a Nuncupative Will on file in the Casewell Co., NC Will Book. It's dated 12-29-1782 as dictated to John Womack & witnessed by William White, John Satterfield & James Masson Probated in March 1783. Thanks ahead of time if you can help.
