I am a descendant of Greenberry Leathers. In the census records of Rutherford Tennessee, he states his birthplace was NC and his birthdate as 1796. It was suggested to me a few years ago that his father was Moses Leathers of Orange county but I have never been able to determine that at all. Would anyone be able to give me any suggestions for finding him in Orange county between 1796 and approx 1825? Thank you so much. Bonnie
