Hi Geroge and Sherry: I have 32 Harris names from Orange County in my Berry family tree. I would suggest that you go to Hillsborough to the register of deeds office. They have a lot of old information there about early land deeds and marriages by groom and bride. This information goes back into the 1700's. I will be glad to share the information I have.
