Do you have any Thompsons who spelled their name Thomasson? I have some on both sides of my family. Some went from VA to Orange Co NC, York Co SC and Mecklenburg Co NC. Others went from Wales to NJ to VA to Orange Co NC on the way to Moore Co NC. And the name Roach really rings a bell but I can't quite place it yet. I know there were a number of them in York Co SC.
