    3. Hi Crhistine, just a quick message to ask if you have anything on Theobald Fouts and his family. Supposedly (I don't know where my info came from) he was born about 1718 in Germany. He married Catherine Spengel in 1743 in York Co., Pa, and died in 1787 in Randolph Co., NC. Some of what I'm quoting I have typed on a form years ago and some of it is written with pencil. It looks like they had 10 children -- John Daniel, Dewald (David), Jacob, Andrew, John Leonard, Lewis, Peter, Barbara, and Hannah. I have some info on each of them -- if any of this looks correct, let me know and I'll fill you in with what I have on them. I see I've never put this on the computer but am not certain why. Please let me know what you know about this couple. Thanks so much, Mary

    2. Mary, I finished highschool in Randolph Co. and as I recall the sp., at least more recently, is Foust. Also, try Chatham Co. as were/are folks of that sp. there, near the Randolph line. I have met a Eugene/Gene Foust near Siler City. His family intermarried with the Headens and Strouds/Strowds of or near the Hickory Mt. township. 3. Hi Marilyn; If you have any information on Hannah Fouts, please send as some people have suggested that my Hannah Hoover was actually Hannah Fouts. I don't believe that, but it should be checked out. For Theobald Fouts check out this site: http://www.retracing-our-family-legacy.com/notes_pfautz_jacob.html -----Original Message----- From: ncorange-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:ncorange-bounces@rootsweb.com]On Behalf Of Mary Hart Sent: Saturday, April 21, 2007 10:32 AM To: ncorange@rootsweb.com Subject: [NCORANGE] Theobald (Dewald/David) Fouts Hi Crhistine, just a quick message to ask if you have anything on Theobald Fouts and his family.
