I have been studying the Workman's of Orange County for some time now and have discovered several connections with the Crutchfield's. Was hoping someone who has researched either family might be able to help me out with several questions I have concerning the marriages between these two (all of which took place in Orange County): -March 6, 1810, Jesse WORKMAN married Mary (Polly) CRUTCHFIELD -circa 1813, Jesse WORKMAN married Elizabeth CRUTCHFIELD -November 5, 1835, Elizabeth WORKMAN married John H. CRUTCHFIELD -October 2, 1842, John WORKMAN married Emelia (Milly) SYKES, daughter of Rebecca CRUTCHFIELD According to my notes Mary (Polly), Rebecca and John H. Crutchfield were children of John Crutchfield and Nancy Ann Macpherson. My questions are: 1.. Where exactly did the family of John and Nancy Ann Crutchfield live? 2.. Who were the parents of Elizabeth Workman (m. John H. Crutchfield) and John Workman (m. Emelia Sykes)? 3.. Who were the parents of Elizabeth Crutchfield who married Jesse Workman?
