This looks like a "signature line." For those don't know what one of those are, it's an automatic signature added after your "signature," usually seen advertising web pages, or a cute little quote or some other such thing. In this case, she is "advertising" her business. They can be turned off or deleted, or set not to go on at all unless you add them.
