Doug, I have a cousin who married a Workman, and I have been doing some investigations on the family. I will be most glad to share what I have located, if you are interested. I also have a cousin who is a Terrell descendant of some who settled into Caswell County. Some of these folks were known for making wonderful ladder-backed chairs, which are quite a collectible item these days. If you contact the Caswell County Historical Site at: ncccha@yahoogroups.com you should be able to access some information about those Terrells.
