Thompson researchdt@aol.com) Ellender married William Bartlett Ray in 1799 in Orange Co, NC. Their son Patterson McNeal Ray b.28 Jan 1800 Orange Co, NC married Rachel Brashier. They both died in ,Attala, Mississippi. Their son Moses Ray married one of my Berry "cousins". Sarah Berry b.1832 in AL is son of George Berry b.1790 Orange, NC and Susan. George is grandson of Robert Berry Sr. of Orange Co, NC. He was born abt 1730 and married Elizabeth C. Cate.
