29 June 2001 The Joel Boon who was a Justice of the Peace, is this the same Joel M. BOONE who was born about 1792 in NC and married Martha SINCLAIR 1816 Bath County, KY? (They moved to Jackson, then Shelby Counties, Indiana where there children were born until about 1836) Is this the same Joel who is the son of Jonathan BOONE and Susannah NIXON BOONE? Is this the same Joel BOON who is listed on page 180 of the 1840 census of Orange County, North Carolina? What is his relation to the John Boon, Rev., listed on page 183 of the same census?
