I'm researching the Sutton family in Orange/Alamance Co. Henry Sutton was my g-grandfather and was in Alamance Co. in 1850, living in a house with Eliza Carden and Abram Tarpley. Henry was 20 years old. They were in Orange Co. before Alamance became a Co. Are there any Sutton researchers on this list who might have Henry Sutton in their files? In 1850 he was married to Shirley Carden Sutton. By 1870 he was married to Elizabeth Josephine Hatchet, also from Orange Co. Thanks, Gerri Ann Stanley-Lockman
