I would like to connect with others researching my line of McKEE's. William McKEE was born ca. 1747. He and wife Mary RANKIN are in Orange County when their son William Jr. was born in 1777, and still there when Wm. Sr. died in 1822. William Jr. married in Orange CO. to Jane Jamison 1810. Both my MCKEE and ROUNTREE families seem to cross paths many times over the next seventy five years as did my ROBINSON, and JAMISON families also from Orange County, N.C.
