W. S. TAYLOR The late Mrs. Luzania CARTER TAYLOR (1880 - 1974), was the daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. William CARTER. She departed this life April 17, 1974 at 4:20 AM in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary BURGESS, Littleton, NC. She professed Christ at an early age and joined the Lovely Hill Baptist Church. Later she joined the Odell Baptist Church and remained a faithful member and loving Mother until her death. She was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Pomp TAYLOR and to this union was born eleven children. Surviving are five daughters: Mrs. Bert ALSTON, Mrs. Nora ALSTON, Mrs. Mary BURGESS all of Littleton, NC, Mrs. Luevinia COOPER of Vaughan, NC and Mrs. Frances ALSTON of Newport News, Va.; three sons: Mr. Robert TAYLOR of Coatesville, Pa., Tommie TAYLOR of Littleton, NC and Mr. Herbert TAYLOR of Vaughan, NC; 58 grandchildren; 176 great grandchildren; 46 great great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
