Michael BRYANT Needham BRYANT A.W. KINNON D.J.? ?? Surveyor (There is a diagram drawn on this copy...cathy) This Needham is probable son to Michael BRYANT and Leah GRAHAM. This Needham should be born about 1797= 28 years old. If this Needham is brother to Michael, he would be about 48 years old. ACTION: Check Moore County 1830 Census to see if Needham son or brother is there. The back side of this copy are notes from Louise FULLER. "This Needham was buying land in Moore as early as 1817; usually, had to wait 6 months to 3 yrs. Note Michael's land entered for it 1796. But was 1800 before was in his name. There are 3 more land grants for Needham in Moore I choose this one because it showed how close Needham lived to Michael. The others were 50ac Head of Mall Br; 50ac both sides Yadkin Road; 100ac beside Muttoney Creek. Tuesday I'll try to determine the age. I feel it is the brother who has left Bertie after Olive dies we will see".
