Hello lists, A notice to all of you that might be interested in Alston or slave records of Randolph and Chatham Co. I've been exchanging data for several weeks with a lady from Ohio, who has material and records from that state about slaves and family from Chatham Co., N.C. It was a mystery/puzzle that has been solved with a lot of work/digging into old records of estates and vital records. I'm still doing transcriptions and finding new links. So, will be adding them as I find them. In the meantime, if you are interested, check it out.
