I don't know much about these KILLET'S in MOORE CO,NC.There was WILLIAM KILLET,that owned land in 1754. He had a daughter, I believe her name was ELIZABETH KILLET who I believe married GEORGE FAGIN and the only son I know of, that they had was WILLIAM FAGIN. WILLIAM KILLET'S father was ANDREW KILLET and he was married to a MARY..I don't have any other information,except that they had a creek named after them.
