Hi folks I have now added a court summons for 1886, Montgomery County, NC DENNIS, CRANFORD, OVERTON Court Summons In KNIGHT Case 1886 Court Record Image Surnames Mentioned In Record Are: DENNIS, CRANFORD, OVERTON, KNIGHT, BALLARD Can be seen at the following URL: http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~cranford/mont0096.html I am sorry, but I do not know more as to why this summons happened, I tried to find the court record concerning it but Montgomery County did not house it, must be at the State Archives. If anyone has a copy of the actual record, I would love to see a copy or be told more about it.
