I haven't seen Cellis, but Kellis and Callis are surnames that have been in the Montgomery County area for over 200 years. Mr gggg grandfather was Louis Kellis, born in Montgomery County about 1808. Another gg grandfather, Henry Clay Solomon, was born in Montgomery County about 1837. I have a great deal of information on the Kellis side, very little on the Solomon side.
