    3. Hi C.M., The Montgomery Centennial Map can be bought at $10.00 each. (I believe this is the price that they charge for them.) This is truly wonderful map. I have a copy. It is more than just a map, has names listed, as well as historical facts scattered throughout the map, rivers and creeks, mines, etc. A wonderful buy! It is an older map and huge in size, would make a great item to frame and place on a wall. Has names of some of the early homesteaders and other notations throughout the map. To order, send to this address: Montgomery Historical Society, PO Box 644, Troy, NC 27371 I hope that can be of some help. If anyone else has any ideas, please share with the list. For a new one, you can go to expedia.com and click on maps, then on the map page, type in Montgomery county in the place name, then click find a map. You may want to enter Troy at the top, this will bring up another page, with a drop down menu, with all places named Montgomery County, look for the one for NC and click the find map again and it will come up on the next page that loads. Not the best of maps though.
