When I get better folks, and am able to type more, I will explain to you how you can save these records and blow them up in a photo program if you have one in your machine. Maybe someone on the list can give the directions if enough response comes across the list with a desire to learn more about how to do this, until I am able to type in full force again. Anyhow, I am glad to be back, but please keep an eye on me for mistakes. I am still under medication and my neck is still on my shoulders sideways so I am liable to make many mistakes, if you see that I do, please don't hesitate to show my errors on the list and to me so I can get them fixed. Hi folks, I am back, not up to par but am back. I will be able to check my mail off and on throughout the day so if anyone needs help, I am able to resume my duties. However, it may be some time before I am able to add additional records to the site. I will try to do a bit at a time though so don't be surprised if I manage one, once in a while. Please don't write me personal mail for a while unless it concerns a problem, etc. I will be unable to answer as typing is hard for me right now, until my neck heals. Hi, I am new to the list. I am seeking information on the Parents of Harrison Boling (Bowlin, Bolling, Bolin,etc.). Harrison was born between 1800 - 1810 in NC. I found 4 Bolin/Bolens listed in the 1790 census for Montgomery County NC. They are: John Bolin, Jesse Bolin, John Bowlin and William Bowling. I have found Harrison and his descendants using all these spellings of the last name. Also, Harrison and his wife, Matilda Peery, had a son named William and a son named John. Hi folks, This is a boring message, but one that I have to write so please force yourself to read, ok? I will be having neck surgery to repair a disk on the 2nd of May. I do not know how long I will be out of action and away from my computer. Knowing me, it will not be long and I will sit here even if I can't do anything. True addiction. Anyhow I want to give you some rules beforehand since some access computers thru their workplace and I may not have time to send this on Monday. I will be adding at the very bottom of this message, how to sub and unsub from the list in case you have lost your list papers and in case you will need this while I am away. If by chance you lose this, just ask the list, someone on the list will help you. I am placing Linda Smith in charge as of May 2nd and she will watch the list until I return. Her job will be to monitor the list and make sure that all follow the below rules until I get back. She does not have the ability to unsub or sub you to the list, so please do not ask her. I will not be subbing anyone while I am away so please keep these instructions if you plan to unsub from the list for a few days and want to return. Linda will be watching that only the following rules are followed and I am sure that all will follow them. I have not seen any trouble come across the list since I became listowner and I doubt very seriously that anyone will abuse the list while I am away, but being the listowner, I have to tell you all the below so that if things get out of hand, Linda or my mother will forward this on to you, give you one chance and then if that does not correct the situation, my mother will come into this room and I will direct her from my bed on how to unsub the offender.
