I have posted this before, and have wondered if no one else was researching Mecklenburg Taylor's. That all looks great. I have some of that info myself. I am looking for Alexander Taylor b. 1827 NC m. Sarah Jane McAlister b. 1833 NC, July 28, Mecklenburg, NC. Sarah is the d/o James and Elizabeth Freeman McAlister.....but, who is Alexander? I cannot find in 1850 or 1860, but he is in Mecklenburg Co., Mallard Creek in 1870. ???????? Thanks, Joy
