Sheila, if you take 49 until it runs into Steele Creek Rd, you will be going almost to the SC line and then back up again. That will take you about 15 miles out of the way. There is an even closer way off of I-85, but it makes quite a few turns, I think the Billy Graham Prky will be the easiest route.
