I'm researching the family of William and Nancy Hammond. Both were born in Mecklenburg County in the 1790's. I know of two children: Wilson and Bryant (my ggg grandfather). Both were born in Rowan County, which is now Davie County, in the 1830's. Anybody else doing research on this family.
