List, As Louise has posted, caution is advised about opening attachments to emails. Especially, do not open an attachment that appears to be a post from the NCMECKLE-L list. RootsWeb automatically rejects any postings to its hosted lists that have an attachment. The latest variation of the email virus will search the Inbox of an infected computer and generate a "Reply All" message with the virus attached. Hence, the subject line of a virus attachment may read "Re: NCMECKLE-L". Again, the best prevention is to simply delete any message that appears to be from NCMECKLE-L that has an attachment. For those of you who have Norton, you may want to run the "Live Update" feature at least once a week. Regards, Paul Buckley
