I understand that he was a patriot in the American Revolution . If you have received a pension number on him , I sure would appreciate getting it. It is my understanding that he was born in Ireland and came to America about 1765-70 to York ,PA. Then migrated to Mecklenburg, NC and was a tomb stone carver in that area of some notoriety.
