One of our relatives researching the Black family had posted aquery almost two years ago with no repsonse, so I sent the present query in just as a hunch. Your response is the third I have received. The relatives researching the Black family would love to hear more from you, and we would appreciate corresponding via e-mail with you. We don't know of any relatives in Mississippi at the present time, but we can't rule the possibility out. I personally did not have the ancestry of James Irving, although, it may very well be forthcoming. We do have descendants from several of the children of William Black and Mary Irwin in e-mail contact.
