I recently joined An.com and am having trouble with getting the info it said is available.Ex-when I make a hit in the census info , I try to access it it just gives me a bunch of "gibberish"-I can't get the info. I am new so may be some of you more experienced researchers could give me an idea as to what is going on with this site. I'd appreciate any help. So far I'm pretty disappointed in my investment. Donna
