John Allison DEWEESE was born 7 Apr 1811 in Meclenburg Co, North Carolina. He died 10 May 1870 in Meclenburg Co, North Carolina. John married Mary Ann SLOAN on 1836. Mary was born 11 Sep 1819. She died 24 Sep 1911 in Mecklenburg Co, NC bur: Ramah Presb. Cem A7 19. This my be why the guardians were Deweese at one time. This is all I have on Mary Ann Sloan. I am decended from the Deweese family.
