Hello all. I am searching for anyone who may be related to or have data re: Jennings Thompson. His parents were Benjamin Thompson (who died in Bute Co NC in 1771) and ELizabeth unknown. His siblings were Benjamin, John, James, Gideon, Drury, Susannah, Mary, Joseph, William, Isham "Shem", Zacharias, and Elizabeth. Jennings Thompson's wife is unknown and may have predeceased him. He wrote his will 7 Apr 1785 in mecklenberg Co and it was probated April 1791. I do not have a copy but have requested one from the NC archives. supposedly only his 5 youngest children were named in this will: Joseph Benjamin Moses E.___ Aaron. I would be grateful for any help I can get locating citations for records. Regina Roper
