I this book will be a roster of soldiers both Union and Confererate from Mitchell Co. If you have any names of soilders please send them to me. I also need general info on the area during the War. Any help will be appreciated. There will be a Sons of Confederate Veterans interest meeting on August 8th in near Mcdowell County at the Spruce Pine Public Library, 7:00pm.
