My gg grandfather was also a George Wacaster. The problem is there are so many George Wacasters out there, it is hard to decide which one I belong to. I have downloaded my file to Family Tree Maker. It is listed under Willie Barbour. You might want to write to Eugene directly. He is in the medical profession and lives in Tennessee. He has been to the last to family reunions we had in McDowell county. I have files from Eugene on his side of the family that lived in Roan Mtn. Tennessee.
