I am searching for information about Martha Vaughan born in Macon County, NC b.c. 1817 +/-. Married John Hill b. 18? in Buncombe County, NC. There are a number of children, two are McCager Hill b. c. 1837 NC and Reubin Hill b. c. 1844. John Hill and Martha Vaughan Hill lived in Copperhill, Polk County, TN during the 1860`s. I have information that son Reubin Hill married a Julia Amburn Hill, her father was Samuel Amburn who lived in Ducktown, TN during the 1870`s. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
