My great grandfather was Robert Hicks born sometime between 1824 and 1826 in NC and migrated to GA by the 1850's. This family interests me as my great great grandfather had a son by the name of Laney Hicks, as did Miles Hicks. If anyone has information on this family, I would appreciate your comments.
