Surnames: Langdon, Alston, Severn, Ammen Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/iVB.2ACI/2426 Message Board Post: I am looking for any information on the location of the Methodist Church Cemetery in Lincolnton, NC and also any contact to find out if some of my ancestors are buried there. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Methodist Church Cemetery although I have seen references to it as the Old Methodist Church Cemetery or Graveyard. My ggggrandfather William Langdon (1814-59) and his second wife Margaret Lander Langdon (1822-92) are supposedly buried there. I would like to find if they are actually buried there. Her brother, William Lander (1817-68) is buried there according to the Political Graveyard website. Thanks for any information anyone can provide.
