According to "North Carolina Wills: A Testator Index, 1665-1900" compiled by Thornton W. Mitchell, p. 247 is the following: Hoover, Henry, County 060 (that's Lincoln Co., NC), 1824 WB-1:3 AR (that's Raleigh) Hoover, Henry, County 065 (that's Mecklenburg Co., NC), 1850 WB-1-167 AR (that's Raleigh) Hoover, Henry, County 028 (Craven Co., NC), 1789 WB-A:209 (hopefully might be found in that county) Nothing listed for Elizabeth Hoover. I also checked variant spellings of Hover and Huver, nothing listed. Hope this helps.
