MacKie I hate to dash your misconceptions but I am still able to go to the courthouse and discover their birth dates, as well as their death dates and what they died from, their marriage records and who served as witnesses. I can also locate their divorce records and what ever crimes they might have been convicted of. I can tell if they ever filed for bankruptcy and whether their property was foreclosed on. I can locate their children and their birth dates and by comparing marriages, can determine if they were born less than 9 months after the marriage. And a whole lot more by examining what's available at the court house. And these are PUBLIC records! For $20, I can find a site on the Internet that will tell me their Social Security numbers, and a whole lot more!
