Philip Fry & Elizabeth Starr - bond date 16 Oct. 1808, signed by Philib Frey and George X Fry (his mark), signed in the presence of ? Wilfong There is a 500 pound bond "void on condition there is no lawfull impetiment to hinder the marriage of Philip Fry & Elizabeth Starr, otherwise to stand and remain in full and venue? as witness our hands & seals this 16th day of October 1808" There's what looks like a slip of the pen on the bottom of the 2nd r of Starr. Note that bond date is same as marriage date in my first posting, so the marriage date is probably not correct.
