It appears that Harold Gosnell and Susie Houk need to talk to one another about this, they have both replied to me but I am not a part of this equation. I believe Susie may be able to help Harold solve his problem, at least she presents the clue that Daniel Asbury was a Rehoboth Methodist Minister in what is now Catawba County, and so in all probability, performed the marriage between his daughter Martha and her Abernathy husband. If Harold communicates with or visits the Lincoln Co Library and the Catawba Co. Library he may find what he wants. I live elsewhere so cannot help there.
