Mary was believed to been brn abt 1830 SC,but not proven. My Gfather was also a John Chadwick brn abt 1852?GA,died 1917 Bell co Ky age 65. Mary Hodgins Chadwick was living with son John Chadwick in Anderson Co TN abt 1900 age the age of 69.She wasn't found after 1900 anywhere.The 1900 Anderson Co census states Mary Chadwick age 69 widow brn NC,and parents brn NC. I believe that Mary had at least 7 children with 3 still living in 1900. I believe they were John brn abt 1852 Ga,Abraham Abe brn abt 1858 Ga,and James Jim Chadwick brn abt after 1860 GA/TN?,died 1950's OK. It is possible that James was actually James Robert Chadwick. Have heard,but not proven that my Chadwick line had kin in MO,and AR,but haven't been able to connect. Some of the connected names are,Bond,Burris,Smith,Fiorini, Melzoni,Blue/Ballew?,Teauge?,Lankford,Harp,. I have also heard that we may have or had relatives in or around Stevenson AL.
