Daniel Asbury was Rehobeth Methodist which is NOW in Catawba County, NC. (Lincoln county split into 2 counties early on.) I don't know if that is true, but it could be where his daughter was married. Daniel was circuit rider over NC and SC and founded the Rock Spring Meth. campground near Denver in Lincoln County, NC after he came there in 1790 from Virginia.
