This one is great source for where to look for info and it answers questions about how to look as well. http://genealogyspot.com/ This is a pay site but it was not one I have heard of www.everton.com Here are others I have not tried and if you do and it is a good site please let others know www.genealogylinks.net www.genealogypages.com Civil War site: misc.traveler.com/genealogy/ www.surnames.com www.census.gov/cgi-bin/ There are several others for specific countries, and some states (Alabama, Kentucky) if you need them let me know.
