Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/iVB.2ACI/2403.2.1 Message Board Post: Thank you Patti for your response. From which of Conrad's children is your husband descended? I grew up hearing the story you recounted to me about Conrad being left on a doorstep at a weaver's mill, but I hoped maybe there was a more plausible origin since that one seems so outlandish to me. Do you know of any proof of this? Thanks again. Heather

    3. From which of their 4 children are you descended? Is there a family Bible or marriage papers or some other document with Jacobs as his first wife's surname? Or is this something passed down in the family? 3. Hello Mimi I simply went to my local public library site - the one for which I have a card, and signed up for Heritage Quest - they asked me a few questions and now I can get on line by going to that site, and typing in my card number. No charge, instant availability along with everything else HQ has to offer. I'd be wiling to bet your library offers the same service. Agnes C.
